During the Fire Rift 'Teth Ragefire' in Plane Touched Wilds you will see a well spawn that you can click on, when you click on the well this temporary ability will pop up:
It doesn't last very long, i've never seen this enchanted tree Barta Wren so this is probably a case for Captain Cursor
Although i think i saw somebody mention they did get loot once for clicking on the well
