The useless souls of Telara

We all know that EVERY class has at least one or two completely useless souls that are not at all viable to play any longer.

I was hoping that possibly in 4.0 we can bring some of these old souls back. like paladin for example. can we possibly revamp and fix some of these old useless souls?
