U need 2 buttons.

Button 1 is builder macro:

cast @self Power Manipulation
cast Decisive Strike
cast King of the Hill
cast Arterial Strike
cast Rising Waterfall
cast A Quick Death
cast Empowering Strike

Button 2 is finisher macro:

#show Killing Field
suppressmacrofailures
cast Killing Field
cast Breaking Blow
cast Piercing Thrust

Rotation goes like this:
-Use builder macro until you have 3 attack points.
-When you have 3 attack points use Finisher macro 2 times.
