It's been so long. Are cosmic bags ever going to be addressed?

Can we please, please have:

1. The Spatial Anomaly be tradable
2. The cosmic bag be unique equip or otherwise be craftable by a character that already has it
3. Fauxmire drop the bag instead of the spatial anomaly
