Returning Player - Questions and LF Guild

Pre-Nightmare tide player coming back. Few questions for you guys if anyone has the time:

Best way to 65? (Quest, Grind IA, anything I should be careful not to miss?)

Fastest way to grind the first tier of gear to start raiding?

Hit reqs for experts/T1/T2 etc?

I'll be looking to join a semi-casual raiding guild for at least a night a week. Former min-maxing Harbinger DPS. Chon and Chloro if needed but I've always excelled at min-maxing and definitely put to best use as dps. Used to be GM of a casual guild <Exceptional> on Laethys, and although we only made it halfway through GA as a guild, I've completed i THINK two bosses in IG guest raiding with a top tier guild. I'll obviously need to transfer shards as it looks like laethys is dead so I'll wait until I find a guild to do so. Send PM's / Mail to "Naddachick@laethys" if you've got a spot for me. A couple IRL friends should be joining me as well.
