I just saw this thread - sadly it was locked or I would have made this request there.
Was wondering if while this is under consideration for the PVE side of things we can get some clarity on the PVP side of things as well. I am not going to start another thread about the things that go on in PVP that I think are pretty noxious to the game over all ---- but perhaps since your having the discussion already - PVP can be included.
