Hey, this is going to be a unique support ticket that doesn't fit into any of the categories you guys have online, so I wanted to try here because there's room for more open format.
A few days ago, there was a guy--a Greek, who speaks very weak English--in xevents looking for help with the Squirrelicorn mount. I took him into whisper and tried to make out what he was saying, and I realized he was asking if the mount on the shop was the mount itself or a box with a chance of getting the mount. He was saying that he didn't want to spend the money on a box, because last time he had spent a lot of money on the box and got no mount.
I explained that it was, indeed, the mount and across all characters. He said that he didn't have the money at the time, but I did and I didn't want him to miss out, so I bought him the mount. However, he's been contacting me the last few days asking for help with the mount, because--I can't understand for sure--but he says he lost it, or was trying to forward it to a friend? I don't understand.
The chat does not support greek characters, so I can't ask him to put something in that I can then translate--and I can't translate a response and put it back to him in his native language. Can anyone use a decent translator to hit this guy up, find out what the problem is, and help him out? Greek has to be an infinitesimally small player group, at least on NA shards, and I'm sure it'd mean heaps for him because trying to play a game in a language that isn't your first can't be easy.
I can be pm'd, I think, and I can give you his name and server. Maybe someone can open up a support ticket, instead of try to work with him in game since there's no greek charcter support? I don't know; I just want to help him out--the dude just wants a pretty mount.
