Well, i back ? maybe not sure tho

Greetings all ,
I'm an old player quit playing back in 2013 i suppose and i begin to play other MMO's .
i still have a rogue character level 60 ,and of course the 1st time i hit the end game level back then i hit a big wall .
didn't know what to do next & if i remember to do raids people need to use team-speak ? and that is no longer an option now since my country forbid to use Voip
I'm basically the type of player who hate to spend real money... so in short

any possibility i can enjoy the game again ?

if yes , should i start a fresh start ? or continue with my lv 60 character and honestly i forgot everything about the game ...
