We had this bug once in CoA and I think I was the guy that caused it because I ''incorrectly'' exited WF(I afked and when I got kicked from WF I exited the game while still on loading screen) and there was some sort of PvP flag still on me which transferred to the raid and we had BAD time. The bug was gone after everyone left the raid group and raid was put together again.
