sticky click issue

I'm not sure what I've done, but it's getting annoying and guessing I've just changed a setting somewhere.

It seems like within Rift at times my mouse clicks are not releasing.

Best example would be if I'm trying to change chat tabs. If I only click once it's as if i'm not releasing the click, and it tries to drag the tab somewhere. Usually if I click 2x it will then not think I'm trying to drag it.

Any thoughts on what I accidentally changed?
