Why you don`t use your botting program(testing tool which is available(I believe Kervik mentioned it in the past)) and set the cd in your dev enviroment to 0sec and do this a lot faster while being afk? I mean the guy who actually would parse 2 times 4h to test the thing with Rift Burst alone and the mix with Icy Burst should at least get Patron time.

I did exactly this and have never been able to reproduce it after the first fix, which is why I was asking those affected for data. I have added another layer of bulletproofing to the debuff that should keep it from ever even in the rarest of cases, but all data points to nothing actually being broken. I have yet to see definitive and consistent data suggesting anything is broken as every source of parses who have done longer term parsing show the crit rates falling exactly in line.
