How does one obtain this exactly ? You know there is not a single RIFT website I could find that provides any useful information. Not even one. There are a lot of RIFT websites, but they just provide either general game information or information that is three years old.
I am curious about his proc because I seem to be the only player that does not have it. I really would not it to be honest, as having every player transform into a monster every few seconds in W/F's to me is just silly. If one player in 20 transformed every so often it would be a novelty, but with everyone doing it, it is just irritating. Is this truly the best weapon proc in the game or do people truly enjoy transforming every few seconds ? Just curious.
