Add weeklies for lower level players.

Zone Events, IAs, Raid Rifts, Strongholds, Guns for Hire, PvP Carnage, Crafting, Stillmoor open world raid bosses, Dendrome open world raid bosses

and even a thought on raiding to get players more accustomed to mechanics prior to current end game, put in lv50, lv60 and lv65 weekly raid quests for T1 raids
