Grove of the Sea Pelagic Beacon Debris

There is Pelagic Beacon Debris surrounded by Pelagic Turret Debris in at least three spots in Grove of the Sea in Goboro.

I can repair them all but nothing happens, and I have come across no quest associated with them. Seems like it would be some kind of Onslaught Defense kind of quest.

Is there any daily quest associated with them?
