Energy regen disparity

When are you going to address this for ranger. Ranger has roughly 25s of attack, after that there is no sustainable rotation without being energy starved, not even with quick shot much less mixing in shadow fire, your 8 day buff to the class before nerfing again was cute and all but since you can't ever seem to balance your buffing, then remove the limiter to the souls dps from energy regen.

On my inquisitor takes me 15 min of hard non stop fighting to even have to think about mana, Puri about 5 min of hard fighting, my Chloro 5 to 10 min or not at all most of the time, MM you never look - primalist , the new souls etc, the list goes on an on where power/energy/mana is not ever a legitimate issue in any sense of normal game play, Ranger - 25s then every attack, other than auto attack is held back forced to more than a GCD to have the energy regen to use in any sustained form.
