Delete Downbolstering and Macros/Tools from PVP

Your gear still matters in PvP. Even when downbolstered it's still better than bolster cap most of the time. A full T3 character (whom is a good player) is still going to be better off than a T2 player. The exceptions to this are certain essences, trinkets, and pvp weapons with Ice Zerker procs. They do this so a PM of 5 full T3 characters don't roll into a warfront and global 5 players at once. New players trying out PvP won't que again if they're dead before they even know what happened. (This actually still happens, but bolstering is one of Trion's attempts to mitigate this)

If they delete bolstering, they'll need to create a new system to take its place. Probably one that que's people based on other variables such as an item level, or prestige level (bad idea) or something. Fresh 65's that are new to the game often have around 50-60k HP and are just blood thirsty procs as it is. Can you imagine with no bolstering?
