current PVE melee spec ranking

Curious, as of 3.6:

- given equal gear
- equal skill ability
- equal lag or lack thereof

in short, ceteris paribus: what is the ranking of PVE melee specs? This is ST, straight burn, no "but with Blademark I can add X dps if an add shows up ...", no target switching, no disconnect ... STRAIGHT SINGLE TARGET BURN over, say, 3:15 (enough time for 3 1-minute CDs like Empyrean Ascension or Deep Freeze).

how do the melee specs stack up?

I'd guess: Paragon, Assasin-something, Harb, Shaman, Primalist-soul-whose-name-I-forgot, NightBlade ...
