Can another player identify my alts?

I did send him an ascend a friend invite several months ago, but he already had an account and I didn't get any ascend a friend credit, so I'm assuming there's no link.

But he's in my guild, and I'm playing the alt, not the main. I created the alt later, so I could have some privacy.
