Changed it to 10% on the hot load. Also, I just changed it so it should not crit anymore.

I would agree. Did the stroke changes go on the pts yet? even at max cunning/fury it still does more damage than precision shot despite what the tooltips say, and at harmony it's doing less damage than vorpal salvo. Also to note, fury blast is doing a considerable amount of damage in a full dervish build.

HIGH Priority:
- Skill Shot's 10 second cooldown is gone
- Ethereal beam is giving 110 cunning instead of 100/120, which makes reaching harmony very annoying (you are forced to push to cap of cunning or fury to get back on an even multiple of 10).
- Beacon of the drake doesn't do anything and disappears as soon as the summoning animation ends.
- Please explain how the clarity of focus talent works. I assume it behaves the way it does because it has a internal cooldown. How long is the cooldown, and could you put it in the tooltip?
- In a previous post, Vladd implied that molten wave is intended to be used as part of a single target rotation. However, it still does not do nearly enough damage for it to be worth using 3 gcds for.
- Considering how few chances you typically get to use Stroke of Brilliance with the damage bonus, it should do more damage. Right now, it still deals far less damage than Vorpal Salvo.

I'm not saying it's hard, i'm saying it's clunky having to clip a dot just to make Skill Shot proc. You basically sit in Fury the entire time. There is nothing fun about that, you aren't building up to anything, all the big hitters have no negative outcome.Dervish on the other hand is a well built soul taking full advantage of the Focus Bar.Having the big hitters (In this case Skill Shot and Ethereal Beam) consume all the fury makes the focus bar more appealing.

A couple "fit and finish" things I noticed: - The DoT from Fury Blast does not get removed if the target dies. It continues ticking after death. This is likely to cause issues in PvP and it also messes with RiftMeter because it thinks you're still in combat until it stops ticking. - (A little silly) Fury Blast seems to have very strange scaling through the leveling process. At level 6 it deals more damage than Lashing Wind, Precision Bolt, and even Seismic Smash. === (Purely opinion) The Furious Power (Increases Attack Power by 3/6/9/12%) branch option feels lackluster. The fact that it only affects Attack Power and not Weapon Damage really comes off as awkward. Obviously copying the already existent 2.5/5/7.5/10% Attack Power & Weapon Damage from Dervish & Typhoon is uninteresting. The same goes for copying the 3/6/9/12% Dexterity from Berserker and Typhoon. However, one thing I had always thought would be interesting would be to combine them. So would you be at all opposed to the idea of... "Furious Power - Increases your Attack Power and Weapon Damage by 1.25/2.5/3.75/5% and your Dexterity by 1.5/3/4.5/6%" ? This just seems like a more interesting way to give Vulcanist a diverse branch option that doesn't feel so awkward... or maybe I'm just really odd. And yes, I'm aware this might mess with scaling with masteries and Primal Avatar: Drake. Yes, I'm sure it was intentional. I just don't like the concept... so OK, I am just really odd.

- Molten Wave consumes too much Fury imo. If it were less, you could cast it twice in a row so that the second Molten Wave would deal more damage due to the stacking debuff it places. You can do it as it is, but it really punishes you by placing you into Cunning and means it takes a lot of globals to get you back to 100 fury for Skill Shot.
- Please give us a buff that tells us that we cannot get another Skill Shot proc for it's duration. This would make it much easier to keep track of as at the moment, you have to guess when the Skill Shot proc will be available.
- Primal Avatar: Drake is massively lack lustre for being a 1 minute cooldown as well as being a Primal Avatar which is meant to be one of Primalist's selling points. It simply doesn't do enough damage.
- I am concerned with Molten Wave being an AoE ability, Vulcanist will lose ST whether it wants to or not if there are adds surrounding it's target. I am not a fan of this.

The original idea for the ability is for it to be really rewarding to stand still and channel it. Thus you have to make the decision of being mobile or laying down the hurt with Molten Wave. As such, I'm not inclined to give it a movement component at this time.

Sedvick and I conferred in chat and he's actually correct, the idea was for it to be the 5% version and not the 7% applied by support classes. I'll change the stack group and amount accordingly.

Conflagrate - Currently, the debuff this ability provides (Slag - 7% increased non-phys dmg for 15s) is in its own stacking group, making it unique and stack with everything. Currently, only the support souls (and Inq who typically doesn't apply it) bring this debuff which lasts 30s and overwrite eachother, and it should probably stay this way. I believe the intent of this debuff was to copy the 5% non-phys debuff for 30s that either Defilers or Inqs typically provide through Tenebrious Distortion (applied by Marrow Harvest, spread by Unholy Nexus) or Clinging Spirit (applied by Bolt of Depravity or Soul Drain). Sigil of Spirits from Cab and Ember Bombs from Sab also apply this debuff, but aren't common. Anyways, I believe the Slag debuff needs to not be unique and fall in line with the other 5% non-phys debuff to give another option on how this debuff is applied, just like the pull in Dervish brings a new Lethal Poison-esque crit debuff. Suggestions:
- Slag needs to be a 5% non-phys debuff (down from 7%) that lasts 30s (up from 15s).
- Slag needs a way to be spread to additional targets like the other debuffs of its kind. The easiest way to do this is to make one of the 2-point talents in Vulcanist similar to Tenebrious Distortion and Clinging Spirit. For example, Moment of Brilliance or Enraged Salvo can also make Molten Wave and Conflagrate apply Slag which increases non-physical damage taken by 2.5% per point invested.
- Slag needs to no longer be 100% unique as well as not stack with the current 5% non-phys debuffs other souls provide. This way you have more choices on which soul is best to provide this debuff.
