Reporting Opponents AFK?

I noticed a certain geared cleric (guess which one) AFKing, and I didn't have the option to report him in the same manner I can report my teammates.

So I took a screenshot, and with my 73k life rogue owned him, then reported him after the match.

Can we expand the ability to report AFK during a WF for opponents as well? I rather get them out of the WF and hit with the debuff then have them show up on my team next round.
