This is the worst AOE toggle in the game. ~110% of your ST damage (due to open the stream not spreading) when you're hitting 4 mobs, and a loss if there's less? Ridiculous. With its current state, I don't even have it on my bar. It's a useless, pointless ability that isn't even worth using on bosses that require cleave.
The damage reduction needs to be less. Having it reduce your damage by 50% instead of 70%, or by 60% and increasing the number of targets to 5 would make it worth using in some situations (like Call of Anrak adds).
Paragon needs better cleave damage options in general. The DPS is barely on par with the melee souls of other callings (Harbinger, Nightblade, Shaman etc) but unlike most melee souls, there's absolutely no cleave.
