Can't run PTS; missing file after PTS patch

I Updated the PTS Rift, but when I click Play I got an error #1020. Rift64.exe missing.

I ran the Repair and it said everything is fine.

I went to the folder and sure enough there was no file called rift64.exe. So, just for kicks I copied rift.exe to rift64.exe and it worked.

I suspect the patch deleted rift64.exe for some reason since I was on the PTS not long ago checking out the Druid/Warrior/Elementalist changes, but before the latest patch.
