Leaving aside the reduction in patronage being worthwhile, it could be taken as an indication of how Trion is actually doing business-wise as customer service is generally where the axe falls first when looking to cut costs. All assumption though as it could also be due to low numbers using the facility and it being deemed not cost effective. As a patron it does feel like the value of what I purchased is being undermined. Hopefully it will be offset by something of equal or greater intrinsic value.
Patron gets even worse soon?
