1. Is there a point in using discharge if you have the talent Destructive Forces? My devouring blow and decisive strike both seem to do more or equal damage without absorbing charges. The only benefit appears to be its range.
2. From greatest to least how valuable are these talents?
- 10% Strength
- 10% weapon damage and attack power
- 10% attack point builder damage
- 10% finisher damage
- 6% increase weapon and attack power contribution
