This problem isn't on your end, nor is it really on our end either. It actually lies with one of our CDNs (Content Delivery Network). A CDN is a company that a game developer hires to provide data to customers all over the world. If we didn't everyone would end up downloading the game directly from us in Dallas which is less than optimal.Our systems engineers and those at the CDN are working on the problem however! If you'd like to aid us you can run the following command: "tracert rift-update.dyn.triongames.com" (without the quotes) and PM me the results and I'll pass them along to the proper folks.
