Duke Eblius likes to 1shot

* Duke Eblius: Fixed an issue with Fiery Strike not being able to be blocked or dodged
* Duke Eblius: Fixed an issue where Duke Eblius could immediately use Infernal Sunder after casting Sulphurous Blight

Anyone else notice him random do 1shots after latest patch? and this is before him or the tank gain stacks.
