All Glyph games instantly close on me

I have been in contact with Trion support about this issue, but so for none of the things they have suggested have helped.

I have recently come back to fiddle on Rift (and Defience) after sevrel months away, but whenever I try and play it, after afew minuties Glyph (and any game I am playing at the time) instantly closes on me with no error message what so ever.

Can anyone make a suggestion as what it could be as so far I have tried, re-instaling, reset my router, used dxdiag to stop programs starting up, test the latest version of Directx (which as a windows 10 user I get automaticly as part of its updates) and ensuring the firewall/anti virus programs let it through.
