Zaviel Returning Mage looking for friendly, casual though progression minded guild

Hi all

Introduction:
As shown in the title, I am a returning player since I left about 1,5 years ago. During that time I was raiding with "Something Stupid" and progressing 4/5 Mount Sharax, as well as 1/3 Tyrant's Forge. Can't remember much of that fight though ^_^. I'm casually trying to progress through the game now, aiming on doing HK and eventually T3 content.

What I offer:
Im 4/4 RoF (3/4 HM) and 4/4 IGP (no HM yet). I mainly play dps, offspec heals and rotating support if needed cause yeah, who wants to play support . Tanking is not my thing, I don't have a spec, neither the gear.

Currently I have 1125 hit, upgrades im looking for are a staff and neck to get me to 1200 hit, though I have an IGP tanking staff which upgrades my hit to 1225. But yeah, kinda mehh.

My playstyle is what I call casually progression minded. I'm not a hardcore player, though I try to get the maximum out of my spec, my gear, my preparation, my lay-out, my kalerts etc. I'm not the best player out there, I don't log on every day, I make silly mistakes, but I have fun in what I do and in a raid I try to do the best I can.

I am usually online about 3 times a week, between Monday till Thursday. Occasionally a weekend as well.

Currently playing on Zaviel, but I guess a shard transfer wouldn't hurt if needed.

What I am looking for:
Most of all, a fun group of people to spent time with. Treating each other in a respectful, patient and adult way is common sense. I don't have to get a fixed raiding spot (yet), but don't have to sit out for too long as well.

Furthermore i'd like the guild to be progression minded, without being totally hardcore. Having explanations is totally fine, but people come prepared, know their specs, the fights etc. I expect the people to share the same enthusiasm to kill that next boss, like I have myself.

For me, ideal raiding times would be around 6PM server time.
