Warrior Raiding Specs...and a few other questions

Hi, I know much of this information is in the warrior forum and I have read through as much as I can, but still have a few questions.

I am using a current preset build of Overlord which is 41 Warlord and 35 Champion. I really like this build and am using it to level with. I enjoy playing a build from the ground up so I become proficient at it in the end game. But, what I am figuring out about Rift is that is not how end game works, in fact you must be versatile in several builds for raiding.

So my question is, what are the current 2016 raid builds that are popular for warrior DPS. Seems like you need a single DPS target build, an AOE DPS build and maybe a ranged build? That way you can change it up for different bosses?

What are those builds? I am good with cookie cutter builds, I am not interested in re-inventing the wheel and would be happy with presets.

Also another question I have is I noticed a Veteran Overlord soul that looks exactly the same as the Overlord soul, the only difference being that you cant get the Veteran build until level 50 I believe it was. What is that?

I have had Rift for a lot of years, but have not played it very much, so I am trying to get into it and want to really figure it out.
