The right timing for the xpac announcement

I think the new xpac should be announced soon-ish.

The current xpac has run its course. "More of the same" aka a content patch would be nice, but wont bring the push the game needs. The MMO market is ever changing, player expectations change and Rift needs to find an answer to that.

Rift needs a reset, a new horizon, a new vision, new things to do, improved levelling and endgame structure. In other words all those things that only a new xpac can bring to the table.
