Received the emails about the mulitcore support so thought I'd log in and check it out. Not been in game for a while. Have two accounts. Tried the Draumheim Choreburg crafting area where I always had a lot of low frame rate problems.
I5 second generation 4 core with an Nvidia 660GTX card. - 7fps.
Tried my new main pc I7 latest generation, Nvidia 960 card - 7fps.
Settings had been set to multicore support from the beta trial. My settings are not optimised by any means. Cloaks, shadows, ground clutter, radius, particle effects, etc off.
Mid day in the UK so hardly any other players around. 7FPS!!!!!
Multicore support - real or a marketing ploy?
