Major Glitches After Update

Just logged into today after an update and wow.....

1) My character's profile pic is kind of hazy 2) my character's movements lag greatly compared to how she is able to move around on a regular basis. 3) When I teleport to other worlds I can see a flashing yellow glow throughout the atmospheres (kind of looks like a very large yellow shield like glow which covers everything from the sky to the ground, except for the first few feet in front of the character's standing position near the porticulum) but I haven't seen this around the capital factions. Is anyone else experiencing this?
