Logging in from a different location... Every time??

Every time i login i get this message that it appears that i am logging in from a different location.

Why do i get this every time.

Also how would anyone know where i am logging in from? If you are using IP addresses that's a poor way. Comcast seems to change them quite often anymore. Need to find a better way!!
