i would like to know how to choose weapon between T3 store epic and T2 dungeon relic

excuse me, i would like to know how to choose weapon between T3 store epic weapon and T2 dungeon relic weapon.

i have enough Fragment of Darkness to buy T3 store epic weapon(1-handed swowd*2 or 2-handed axe*1, and ranged*1), but T3 store epic weapon doesn't have Proc., i don't know the difference of base DPS and Proc. between T3 store epic weapon and T2 dungeon relic weapon which is more effective when DPS or Healing in dungeon and raid.(if CP can reach soft cap by changing T3 armor CP/AP)

by the way, is there any difference between warrior use 1-handed and 2-handed? DPS/HPS? attacking speed? or just can use different wardrobe appearance?
