I'll have to hop on the PTS in the morning and check it out, but do the starter guilds show you the various perks you can get and introduce you to guilds (like a tutorial type thing) or is it just like a normal guild stuck at level 5? Also, is this only tied to new accounts or am I going to be put in a starter guild every time I make a new character?
