error #3142

I getting the Following ( There was an Error downloading streaming updates. ( Error #3142) .

Uninstalled glyph and rift, deleted the folders.. then maid sure that the windows fire wall is turned off, also uninstalled my Anti-Virus. then re-install blyph and rift, and well getting the same error.

Any ideas how to fix this
