Enigmatic Leather Breeches Question

I am a bit confused (typical state for me actually). I had a set of pants drop from the Sparkle Chest, "Enigmatic Leather Breeches" with the following stats:
Armor: 15130
Dexterity +423
Strength +275
Endurance +250
Attack Power +183
Hit +200

I was going to upgrade them [3-AbyssalCrusader's Accelerators + 1 Tormenting Texile Amender], but according to the preview the upgrade stats for the "Empowered Enigmatic Leather Breeches" are:
Armor: 15130
Dexterity +423
Strength +275
Endurance +250
Attack Power +183
Hit +200

Yep the exact same stats. All it adds is the Embrace of Nightmares warmonger Crystal synergy stats, but I already have 4/4.

The second and final upgrade [same cost as before, 3-AbyssalCrusader's Accelerators + 1 Tormenting Texile Amender] to "Infused Enigmatic Leather Breeches" are:
Armor: 15823 +693
Dexterity +442 +11
Strength +286 +19
Endurance +260 +10
Attack Power +191 +8
Hit +200

It does not appear to be worth the upgrade. Am I missing something?
