Do the stats of minion adventures affect the reward type?

Minion: Runald attracts Hunting missons. Hunting is a minion stat, but does adventures with hunting stat tend to be of certain reward type (eg. harvesting)?

If not, are stat attractor minions pretty useless if you have several 25 stat minions of any stats?
