Damage Procs for New Artis

Just wondering if Dead Simon could check the damage procs for the new artifact sets in Gloamwood and Stonefield as they seem very high. For comparison the damage from the PTW artifacts are :

For the new artifacts the dmg breakdown is:

10893 dmg every 5 seconds seems abit harsh, so much so that eating merpho bites cant out heal the damage of it! Please tell me its not intended
