Warlock and Harbringer questions

So, in hopes that Warlock gets a buff soon, I think I ought to try to get the basic rotation of it down first. So, what should I get when parsing on 67 raid boss dummy? I parse sustain ~57k & burst >60k on pyro and sustain 62k on harb, and ~~~45-50k with warlock (not even sure if rotation is right) does the parse seems bout right?

And also, 54 harb vs 61 harb, which is better? I heard some say 61 is better, but when I parse it shows a little lower dps, or am I doing something wrong in rotation.

Any help on these would be great, thanks!

P.S parse dmg is self-buff w/o raid buffs
