[suggestion] global ui scale as client-side variable

hi, I have few pc with different resolutions from 1366*768 to 2560*1440. I found a global scale ui is very useful, but as it's a server-side variable, I forced to adjust it every time when I change my pc.
so, in case of ui is very sensitive for resolution, I'll suggest to reassign this variable as client-side.
