Oceanic time zone -- Laethys or Hailol?

I am a returning player who hasn't been around since Storm Legion. I'd like to know where people in my timezone are most active. I see that Laethys is the official Oceanic server, but it seems like Hailol has more people on it most of the time.

Any advice?
