Abyssal Thresher - do the "thresher" related achievements work with it?

Recently acquired an Abyssal Thresher mount, and I have a simple question -

Do the thresher/shark-jumping achievements work with it? I know they do for the cobalt and molten threshers, but I'm not positive on the abyssal or nightmare threshers.
