I don't know if it is appropriate place to open this thread but since this is a tech support i am posting here. I was trying to download Defiance, i had downloaded 4.4GB and i had to check some important emails fast so i wanted to pause the download. But there was no "pause" function there and the only thing that was on the screen was "cancel", so i click that and check my email and do my stuff. Then i come back and click update but i find out about 854MB data was scrapped from download and i am at 3.5GB download mark instead of 4.4GB. i checked game installation folder and i found out that there were 4 files in there that were at 0kb. So basically those files were partially downloaded and when i clicked cancel to stop download, Glyph did not save partial download and scrapped all data of those 4 files. So i tried it again, and this time i let it download about 200MB more and take the marker to 3.7GB and when i clicked cancel, again i was sent back to 3.5GB and those 4 files again got down to 0kkb.
So bottom line here, Glyph does not allow pause and resume while downloading games anymore and it no longer saves partial downloaded data. Can we please have this situation fixed? It is really really mandatory to have resume/pause function along with partial data saving while downloading big games. Can anyone please look into this?

Downloading/updating games through glyph, no pause and resume support, data loss
