Castle Turrets?

So, with all the disheartening news I've been reading about Stan's "pretty pathetic lure" I need help in figuring out how to make a curved castle turret similiar to the ones on the Santuary of Rebirth that my 41st level toon will never get.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
