Every time glyph comes with an update, it fails downloading

I usually end up removing Rift and Glyph, for repairing does not work. firewall is not the issue, internet connectivity is not the issue, Windows 7 is not the issue, Windows 8 is not the issue
The only shared factor is GLYPH
So can you please fix this issue with glyph? I hate having to download 15G everytime glyph f*cks up again
