Error Code 2025

So this morning my husband and I try to log into Rift and we are both met with the old Error 2025. Now we have done all the troubleshooting from the support page for it and tested a third computer also in the process nothing we have tried is helping at all.

We have Time Warner Cable he is running Windows 7 and I am running Windows 8.1. We have recycled our router, shut down our firewalls, shut down antivirus software, meddled with DNS settings, checked the admin pages in our Firewall needless to say we have exhausted everything we could find to fix this. With both of us getting this I'm concerned this is a larger issue and IP related either on Trion's side or Time Warners side I'm not certain but it certainly is not fun paying Patron costs for a game neither of us can get into. Any ideas would be greatly appreciate we opened a ticket with Trion but I've heard it can take seven days for a reply. I can't even access my account support page to suspend my Patron until this is resolved. Also here is my log file in case it helps I did a trace route and was able to hit the server with no time outs.
