So I'm trying to figure out my optimal dps rotation as I level and I have multiple elemental spells (Death and Water in my case). As I go up the talent tree sometimes I will get an X ability +60% damage or Water Damage +5% etc. I know my tooltip damage changes as my level does but do the damages on the active tool tips take into account the talents I select? It's hard to know what is a stronger move if they don't so I'd really like to know. Thanks for any advice!
Do Tooltips Update as you invest talents?
