Why use Elo system in warfronts

Many MOBA like Dota 2 use a similar system even though you don't get the same teammates. Being more effective in the WF will increase your team's win rate, albeit a small amount. Over time (after hundreds of matches), your elo will be similar to another player with similar effectiveness.

If you throw 10000 different coins, you'd still get close to 5k heads even though they are different coins. That's just statistics at work.

The problem is, there are too few pvpers in game to allow perfect matchmaking, and most of those few pvpers might not have played sufficient matches to give them an accurate elo (esp since if they play a new class, their elo would have to be re-calibrated)
