Warmonger's Talon

So I picked this up, as I couldn't find anyone that could tell me if it could be used while CCed and I wanted to know.

Since no one else was giving it a shot, I figured I would test it out, and since it does not really take that long to grind out 6 marks if I didn't like it I can just get one of the others.

I have not been able to use it at all while CCed. So if anyone else was wondering, it can not be used as a break free.

If that is intended then the trinket should be changed so that it can also be used as a break free. Considering the power of the other trinkets, that would be a closer trade off.

The one second immunity needs to be at least three secs. One second is not even a global cool-down for some of us.

If the other two trinkets are overpowered this one is under-powered.
